1.What is a tour guide system?

The tour guide system is a wireless whisper system that consists of two parts: a transmitter and a receiver. The tour guide connects a microphone to the transmitter, and speak. Tourists wear the receiver to receive the voice signal.

2.What does the tour guide system solve?

2.1 No noise pollution: Replace loudspeakers.

3.What is the transmission range, and how many receivers can one transmitter connect to?

The work range is within 100-120 meters with the transmitter as the radius. It can connect to countless receivers, with no limit on the number of receivers. For example, one transmitter can connect 9999 piece receivers, please make sure within 120 meter.

6.If I have a large group to be divided into two smaller ones, how far apart must the devices be for correct coupling without overlapping the signals?

4.Are all the receivers in this Eyoyo product 1 frequency channel?

No, there are 999+ frequencies.

5.I'm in a large room, how many groups can I let in at the same time without risking interference?

We can say 100 groups is no problem.

Both the transmitter and receiver have frequency channels. For example, in an other brand product, there are 100 frequency channels, you use the number 32 frequency channels. And when you use this device there are also other people who use channel 32, so that person's voice will enter your receivers. This is we called "cross talk" or "singal interferece". As system frequencies are too close, only 4 groups can be supported in one location. More than 4 groups will cause signal interference, especially in places like Mecca's hajj or museums, signal interference is a huge headache.

How does Eyoyo's products solve this problem? What is the difference between Eyoyo tour guide system and other products on the market?

Eyoyo uses the latest digital encrypted grouping technology.

The products on the market are all old ones that have been sold for over a decade. Their technology leans more towards analog, while ours is digital technology. The sound quality is much better than theirs. And the signal won't break. So even though we are a new brand in China selling for 5 years, our market share has far exceeded theirs.

Each group corresponds to a frequency. There are 999 frequencies. When pairing, it is at the time we press the pairing button on the transmitter, the transmitter will randomly send a set of passwords to the receivers. It matches the receiver password and connects/lock the group. So they will not cross talk and signal interference.

What if two groups use the same frequency? Will signal interference happen?

When two groups use the same frequency, you can imagine two cars running in the same lane. We call it co-channel suppression. What is our solution? The solution is the tour guide can short press the pairing button on the transmitter, then switch channels, all receivers will automatically follow the transmitter to change channels without any operation.

7.Why is the transmitter not given an LCD screen? How do I see the charging status of devices?

The original intention of Eyoyo product design/development is the simplest operation to reduce customer workload. The indicator light status of Eyoyo tour guide system is as follows:

C101S Receiver - Charge 1.5 hours, can be used for 23 hours. During normal operation, the blue light is steady on. When the blue light turns red, it means charging is needed. After the red light turns on, it can still be used for 2-3 hours. Just charge during rest time.

E519 Receiver - Charge 2-3 hours, can be used for 50 hours. During normal operation, the blue light is steady on. When the blue light turns red, it means charging is needed. After the red light turns on, it can still be used for 6-8 hours, leaving ample time to charge. Even after the red light turns on, it can still be used for one full day.

E519S Receiver - Charge 3 hours, can be used for 82 hours. During normal operation, the blue light is steady on. When the blue light turns red, it means charging is needed. After the red light turns on, it can still be used for 6-8 hours, leaving ample time to charge. Even after the red light turns on, it can still be used for one full day.

8.For charger cable do you use type C or micro USB? Could I use my charger?

You can use your charger to charge it. Just be aware not to use chargers that are too cheap in quality.

Yes, putting your company logo and phone number on each product is very effective in helping you promote your brand and your business. For the bulk order, we can do the customized sticker for you and make it stick on the back of product. Please share us your information, our designer will do the design for your reference.

2. Could you do my logo on the product?

All our stock product with our Eyoyo logo. If you need to make your own logo, it is no problem. It need to move to new production. It would need MOQ. Please talk to our sales service to know more.

Eyoyo transmitter, receivers, charging devices have a 2-year warranty. Earphones, earbuds, lanyards, cables and other accessories are consumables not covered under the warranty policy.

1.What is your warranty?

1) The device should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid dampness.

2) The device can be disinfected by wiping the surface with an alcohol-dipped cloth or using ultraviolet disinfection. When using alcohol disinfection, avoid getting alcohol into the device.

3) If the device is not used for a long time, it should be charged at least once a month.

4) After using the device on a rainy day, it should be wiped dry to prevent it from getting wet.

There are E518, E518A, E518B, three transmitter with same price and same appearance..

E518 transmitter only support 1 people speaking in one group. E518 equiped with head mic or short mic. Only can speak.

E518A main transmitter and E518B assistant transmitters support 1-999 people speaking in one group. E518A and E518B equiped with big head mic. Can hear and speak.

-Support 1 speaker A and 1 speaker B1 speaking at the same time.

-If B2 wants to speak, A needs to turn off B1 or B1 turn off by himself/herself.

-If both B2 and B3 want to speak, the one who requests first will speak first.

If you need two people to talk in one group, need to buy one E518A and one E518B.

If you need three people to speak ine one group, then you need to buy one E518A and two E518B.

If you need 20 people to speak in one group, then you need to buy one E518A and nineteen E518B.

The receivers can be E519, E519S, E549. They are can be mixed in one group.

2.All the transmitters work for the receivers?

No, can not. 😂

E518 transmitterand work together with many E519 receivers in group 1.

1 piece E518A transmitter and many E519B transmitters, many E519 receivers in group 2.

Tour guide who want to speak and hear, they can use the E518B transmitter, it is delegate microphones. The chairman microphone(E518A transmitter) can cut the E518B transmitter speaking at any time.

All audiences use E519 receivers, it only support hear.

3.Can I use 1 E518 and 1 E518A/B with the same receivers?

Yes, E518, E518A, E518B All transmitters match the same receivers E519.

If your group only need 1 speaker, you could choose E518 transmitter.

If your group need many people speak, you could choose E518A and E518B transmitter
